When you purchase an item through this website you will be purchasing it from Countdown Cards, a UK business based in Salisbury. In these terms and conditions Countdown Cards is referred to as we, our and us. The website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and we shall not be liable to you for your inability to use this service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and cannot provide any representation that using the website will be error free. The information is provided on the understanding that the website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision.

Our Products:
We try and make sure that the items shown on this website are accurately represented although there may be slight variations in colour, layout and typeface. In addition, the co-ordinating envelopes may vary in colour but will always be colour co-ordinated.

Prices:
Prices include VAT and may be subject to change.

Delivery:
We aim to post your orders as quickly as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days from stock by first class post. We currently only deliver within the UK. In the unlikely case that an item is not in stock, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order, choose an alternative or wait for it to come back in to stock. We will endeavour to send your goods in perfect condition, however, occasionally goods may be damaged in transit and we are happy to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
